Private Yoga sessions can be held at your home, office space or at a Private Yoga Studio. These are ideal if you want to develop your practice further, deepen your knowledge or receive guidance if you are new to yoga.

Pre / Post Natal clients are welcome. 

Small group classes 2-4 people can also be arranged.

Corporate classes offer numerous benefits for staff including improved focus & morale, reduced stress levels and employee retention. Online and in person classes available. 

Private classes cost £60 for 1 hour

Corporate Yoga
